The one that is obviously from a desert is from San Pedro, at the Cordillera de la Sal lookout point on the way into the city, which was the first place we stopped. Then there's a water spot from my gym locker room that dried in the shape of a heart. And finally a delicious cookie from the other day! I love seeing hearts, I always feel like it's just a little uplifting sign that things are ok."

I guess that goes for any sibling who follows Lorenzo really. Amy found these hearts that were bent into their shape from old metal rings of wine barrels. How brilliant, right? We were in wine country after all, so it was nice to see the metal rings be repurposed into hearts. The woman who was selling them was originally from Santiago, Chile. Yes, a Chilean. How wondrous the Universe works."

As I peeked from my bedroom window, there it was, a heart. Lorenzo saying, 'Hey, thought I’d just hang out in front of your house! Happy 4^th!'"

• The Link: "On my way to work in the mornings, I always pass these mailboxes but noticed the heart on one of them, like a little reminder, 'Don’t forget to send some love with that letter.'"

Pregnancy

I have been blessed with the gift of a precious baby. 

Each day that passes my love for my child grows deeper. 

My baby feels safe and peaceful in my womb. 

My body is amazing and wise. It knows exactly what to do. 

I invoke all of the love and support from the millions of women who have walked this road before me. 
As I carry and nurture this new life, I too am held and supported.

I release all fears and any guilt surrounding pregnancy that I may have felt in the past. 

I now trust, love and thank my body.

Whenever I feel anxious, I stop and take deep breaths. 

I send lovingly, calm thoughts to each cell in my body. 

I am calm. I am peaceful. I am strong. I am perfect health. 

All is well and safe with my baby and I. 

I AM A BEAUTIFUL MOTHER.
